The Buck 297 Sirus is substantial knife with its 3 1/4" drop point blade. A convenient belt clip allows for easy transport and a safety lock stops the blade from accidentally opening. Once you release the safety, the blade opens quickly and is considered an assisted-opening knife.

The Buck Sirus utilizes patented ASAP Technology. Buck's ASAP system uses a "dual-pivot" mechanism that has a blade release lever to aid in blade opening. A cam lock safety keeps the blade closed for protection. This lock is handle-mounted next to the blade release lever to allow for convenient, quick one-hand operation.
