Can I Create My Own Design?
Yes! You can create your own design or modify and existing one. If there is a meaningful symbol that you would like added to your wedding favor coasters we will be happy to make any changes you require. One couple loved cycling so we incorporated a bicycle into their wedding coasters. Be as creative as you like! You can choose any text font in our library to create unique wedding favors with your special message. Just decide what you would like to say on your coasters then email us the information with your font selection and wording. We will then create a mock-up for your approval at no extra charge.

Quality
Your custom glass wedding favor coasters are created right here at our Carlsbad, California engraving warehouse. We do not use cheap computer generated peel-and-stick decals. We customize your glass coaster wedding favors the old fashioned way using engraving plates.  It takes longer to produce, but the end result is worth it. We don't stop there - after your personalized designs are applied, the final product is factory heat treated after processing making them durable and dishwasher safe for many washings.

Q. How long will my order take to process?
A. We stock thousands of these glass coaster wedding favors and perform all engraving and personalization in-house at our factory warehouse located in Carlsbad, CA. A standard non-urgent order will be normally processed and shipped within 10 business days. Urgent Orders needed right away can be processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you need your glass coasters in less than one week, we recommend that you arrange for your order to be shipped FedEx next day delivery.

Q. Why is there a set-up charge?
A. The one-time $25 set-up charge is necessary in order to create custom engraving plates which are used in the production of your wedding favor custom coasters. Each order requires a three step process involving plate production, design application and heat treating. The industry standard for this process is $35 which many of our competitors charge. We charge only $25 for set-up because that is what it costs us. We do not make a profit on set-up fees.
